Time Out! is the brain-child of high-school friends Alyson Schwartz and Magen Kauffman. Alyson is the mother of Mallory and Garrett, and is Vice President of Business Development and Special Initiatives for the Arts & Business Council. Magen is the mother of Ava and twins Jonah and Talia, and is the Vice President of Marketing for Brandywine Management.
Our goal is to provide Mommies with the opportunity to nurture themselves as women, not only as mothers. We believe that taking time out for ourselves recharges our energy and our spirits, in turn making us even better mothers, wives, friends and women. Whether you stay at home or work outside of the house part or full-time, you are welcome to be a part of our playgroup!
Through our regularly scheduled, Mommy-centric events we hope to create an opportunity for you to take a break, meet other moms, try a new restaurant or service, do a little shopping, stimulate your brain and most of all to have fun! Each event promises to offer something different, from readings by local authors to lectures, dinners, trunk shows, even spa-nights. Come play with us!
